AnxieTEA: Six-Week, Experiential Group (Virtual) with Kara Rubens
October 1, 2021 @ 11:00 am - November 5, 2021 @ 12:30 pm
$40Gather in a supportive community for a midday-Friday TEA break and learn to increase your confidence in navigating anxiety. Psychotherapist Kara Rubens, APCC, will facilitate the group. Through peer sharing and experiential practice you will grow your toolbox for taming rumination, defusing panic, and tending to chronic stress/ tension.
Anxiety can manifest in our heads, hearts, bodies, and even show up in our relationships. We will utilize group discussion, breath-work, yoga, creative writing & art exercises to demystify your experience and improve your sense of control.
